History:
This ECG was recorder from a 60 year-old lady with a 2/7 Hx of cough, SOB and pleuritic chest pain. She was told by her GP that she has mild hypertension, which requires no antihypertensive treatment. She takes 150mg aspirin, nil other Rx.
