First-Degree AV Block

Case 1


History:
This ECG was recorded from a 90 year-old man who is acutely unwell and confused.

ECG shows:

  • Sinus Rhythm, 71/min, with normal axis
  • Prolong PR interval, 0.27 sec (more than 5 small square).
  • Possible silent MI?
