Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia

History:
This ECG was recorded from a 66 year-old man who was brought in by ambulance following his collapse.

A repeat ECG after DC conversion

ECG shows:

  • NSR, 96/min
  • Normal axis, PR & QRS duration, QT for rate
  • LAA
  • Q waves and T wave inversion in III, aVF. ? old MI
