History:
This ECG was recorded from a 64 year-old man presented with an acute onset of palpitation and SOB.
ECG shows:
NSR, 60/min
1° heart block, Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate
Q waves and T wave inversion in inferior leads, ? recent MI
Repolarisation changes in lateral leads
