Ventricular Tachycardia 1

History:
This ECG was recorded from a 64 year-old man presented with an acute onset of palpitation and SOB.

ECG shows:

  • NSR, 60/min
  • 1° heart block, Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate
  • Q waves and T wave inversion in inferior leads, ? recent MI
  • Repolarisation changes in lateral leads
