Ventricular Tachycardia 1

History:
This ECG was recorded from a 64 year-old man presented with an acute onset of palpitation and SOB.

ECG shows:

  • Ventricular tachycardia, rate 150/min
        -regular ventricular rate
        -no p waves seen
        -same ventricular morphology
  • RAD

    A repeat ECG was taken after 80mg of Lignocanine
