Atrial Tachycardia
  • NSR, rate 94/min
  • LAD, 1° heart block, Normal QRS duration, QT for rate.
  • LAA (Wide, biphasic p waves in V1, bifid p waves in II, III, aVF) (arrow)
  • Notice the T wave restores its normal contour.
