History:
This ECG was recorded from a 50 year-old lady presented with acute onset of sharp chest pain and SOB, 2 hours after returning from a trip in Europe. She denies any calf pain prior to her SOB. Her BP on arrival at emergency department was 90/60.
ECG shows:
Sinus tachycardia, 100/min, normal cardiac axis.
Features of acute pulmonary embolus:
-prominent S wave in lead I
-Q wave and T wave changes in lead III
-T wave inversion in right sided chest leads
-sinus tachycardia
