History:
This ECG was recorded from a 72 year-old man with a history of hypertension.

ECG shows:

  • NSR, rate 78/min
  • Normal axis, PR & QRS duration, QT for rate
  • Unifocal PVCs (arrow)
  • LVH by voltage criteria
