Junctional Tachycardia 2
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 56 year-old man who presented with acute onset of chest pain for 1 hour and subsequent palpitation and SOB.
ECG shows:
Junctional tachycardia, rate 136/min
-regular ventricular rate
-p waves hidden in QRS complex
-small delta waves seen in QRS complex (lead II)
Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate
ST segment elevation, consistent with inferior MI
