Junctional Rhythm
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 64 year-old man with a recent history of MI.
ECG shows:
Junctional rhythm, rate 68/min
-progressively shorten PR interval
-retrograded p waves in QRS complex (arrow)
Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate, LAA
Prominent Q waves with T wave inversion in lead III, aVF, suggestive of a recent MI
