Premature Junctional Contraction
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 55 year-old man with a history of IHD.
ECG shows:
NSR, rate 70/min
Premature junctional contraction (arrow)
- inverted p wave after QRS
Normal axis, PR and QRS duration, QT for rate
Poor R wave progression, non specific ST depression in V5-6, downsloping ST segment I, aVL.
