History:
This ECG was recorded from a 60 year-old lady who presented with palpitation and syncope.

ECG shows:

  • Atrial fibrillation, rate ~170/min
        -ventricular rhythm are irregular
  • Normal axis, QRS duration, QT interval for rate.
