Atrial fibrillation 2
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 83 year-old male presented with palpitation in the medical ward. He was on 125mcg digoxin daily.
ECG shows:
AF, rate 100/min
Normal axis, LBBB, Normal QT for rate
PVC
Downsloping ST depression and inverted T waves in the lateral leads, consistent with effect of digoxin.
