Atrial flutter 4

History:
This ECG was recorded from a 65 year-old man presented with palpitation.

ECG shows:

  • Typical (counterclockwise) Atrial flutter with variable AV block 3:1 to 4:1
        -Atrial rate 300/min, no change in p waves morphologies
        -Irregular ventricular response, rate ~120/min
  • Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate
