History:
This ECG was recorded from a 57-year-old man with palpitation.
ECG shows:
Typical atrial flutter with variable 2:1-3:1 AV block
-Atrial rate 200/min, no change in p waves morphologies
-Overall rhythm irregular, mean ventricular rate 100/min
Normal axis, QRS duration, QT for rate
