Nonconducted Atrial Contractions

History:
This ECG was recorded from a 60 year-old lady with diabetes.

ECG shows:

  • NSR, 60/min, normal QRS axis
  • Non-conducted atrial contraction with preceding PVC.
  • Non specific T wave changes in V2-6, I and aVL.
