Regular PACs 1


History:
This ECG was recorder from a 76 year-old lady with a 3/7 Hx of R sided CVA. She has no cardiovascular symptoms at the time of this ECG. She takes propanolol for controlling her blood pressure.

ECG shows:

  • Basic rhythm regular, ventricular rate 62/min, normal QRS axis
        -RR and p-p intervals are in equal length (small arrows)
  • Regular PACs (large arrows) followed by an noncompensatory pause
