Lateral Infarction
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 75-year-old lady with acute dyspnoea.
ECG shows:
Sinus tachycardia, 125/min, LAD
ST segment elevation in lateral leads (I, aVL, V6), consistent with an acute lateral infarction.
Reciprocal ST depression in the inferior leads.
Poor R wave progression, possible old anteroseptal MI.
