Inferior Infarction
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 55-year-old man with chest pain, JVP +5 cm and BP 75/50.
ECG shows:
Sinus rhythm, 95/min, normal QRS axis
ST segment elevation in Inferior leads (II, III, aVF), suggestive of an acute inferior infarction.
ST segment elevation in V4R, suggestive of an acute right ventricular infarction.
Conducted PAC (arrow).
