Inferior Infarction


History:
This ECG was recorded from a 55-year-old man with chest pain, JVP +5 cm and BP 75/50.

ECG shows:

  • Sinus rhythm, 95/min, normal QRS axis
  • ST segment elevation in Inferior leads (II, III, aVF), suggestive of an acute inferior infarction.
  • ST segment elevation in V4R, suggestive of an acute right ventricular infarction.
  • Conducted PAC (arrow).
