Anterior Infarction
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 52-year-old man with 4 hours of heavy chest pain and SOB.
ECG shows:
Sinus rhythm, 70/min, normal QRS axis
ST segment elevation in (V1-4), suggestive of an anteroseptal MI.
Unifocal ventricular ectopic.
