Anterior Infarction
History:
This ECG was recorded from a 65-year-old man with an acute onset of central chest pain for 2 hours on a plane trip.
ECG shows:
Sinus rhythm, 57/min, normal QRS axis
Marked ST segment elevation in (V1-6, aVL, lead I), suggestive of an extensive anterior infarction.
Reciprocal ST depression in the inferior leads.
