Anterior Infarction

History: This ECG was recorded from a 60-year-old man with onset of severe chest pain after having a dispute with someone in the supermarket.

ECG shows:

  • AF, rate ~100/min
  • LAD, RBBB, Normal QT for rate
  • ST segment elevation in V2-5, consistent with an acute anterior MI
