Anterior Infarction


History:
This ECG was recorded from a 66-year-old man with an acute onset of severe central chest pain for 40 minutes, which is not relieved by his GTN spray.

ECG shows:

  • Sinus tachycardia, 100/min, LAD
  • Marked ST segment elevation in anterior leads (V1-5, aVL, aVR)
  • Suggestive of an extensive anterior MI.
  • Unifocal ventricular ectopic
